FL36-126 High Voltage Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker
Usage Environment:
The FL36-126 high voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is designed for outdoor use and is primarily used for the control and protection of 110 kV power systems. It is suitable for areas with an altitude of up to 2000 meters and seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The operating temperature range is from -30°C to +40°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95% daily average or 90% monthly average. It is not suitable for environments with frequent severe vibrations or where performance may be significantly impacted by environmental factors.
Product Features:
1. Superior Insulation Performance: Utilizes sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as the insulating medium, providing excellent insulation strength and arc-extinguishing capabilities.
2. High Reliability: Features a three-pole design to ensure the stability and safety of high voltage systems.
3. Durability: Designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments with high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, reducing maintenance needs.
4. Versatility: Can be used not only for protecting and controlling 110 kV power systems but also as a contact circuit breaker, offering flexible functionality.
Precautions:
1. Installation and Maintenance: Ensure installation follows the manufacturer's technical specifications and perform regular inspections and maintenance to guarantee proper operation.
2. Environmental Conditions: Implement adequate external protection measures in extreme environments to minimize the impact of environmental factors on performance.
3. Operational Safety: Adhere to safety operation procedures to prevent safety issues due to improper operation.
4. Fault Handling: If performance anomalies are detected, immediately shut down the circuit breaker, inspect it, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
