Product Description

The shockproof packaging transformer bushing is the core component of the transformer, used to lead the winding leads from the inside of the oil tank to the outside, and undertake three major functions: insulation isolation (between the leads and the oil tank/shell), mechanical fixation, and sealing to prevent oil leakage. During operation, it is necessary to carry the load current for a long time and withstand the impact of short-circuit current.
Core structure
Conductive part: Copper/aluminum guide rod or cable structure, connecting the internal winding with the external circuit.
Main insulation layer:
Capacitive: A multi-layer cylindrical capacitor core composed of oil immersed cable paper and aluminum foil pressure equalization electrodes.
Pure porcelain/oil filled: The porcelain sleeve is filled with air or insulating oil.
External insulation and sealing:
Ceramic sleeve or composite silicone rubber outer tube, providing external insulation and mechanical protection.
Fully sealed design (spring compression+rubber gasket), with an independent internal oil system to isolate the external environment.
Auxiliary components: oil pillow (adjusting oil volume), pressure equalization ball (optimizing electric field distribution), end screen (dielectric loss test interface)
