ZW20-12F Primary and secondary fusion outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker
Overview
The (H)RW12-12(F) outdoor high voltage AC dropout fuse is a high-voltage protective device specifically designed for power distribution systems. This fuse operates by cutting off overcurrents, thereby protecting transformers, power lines, and other equipment from damage. The fuse assembly consists of an insulating support and a fuse tube, with the internal fuse wire capable of quickly melting and forming an arc during a fault, which is then extinguished by the arc-extinguishing tube, effectively disconnecting the circuit.
Application Range
•Power System Protection: Suitable for substation outgoing line protection in 10kV distribution systems, as well as transformer and transmission line protection in the power distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises.
•Frequent Operation Sites: Particularly suitable for rural power grids or remote industrial facilities where frequent operations are required.
Technical Specifications
•Rated Voltage: 12kV
•Operating Frequency: 50Hz
•Insulating Medium: SF6 gas or air
•Arc Extinguishing Method: Vacuum arc extinguishing
•Operating Environment:
•Temperature Range: -40°C to +40°C
•Altitude: Not exceeding 3000m
•Wind Speed: Not exceeding 35m/s
•Seismic Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees
Precautions
•Installation Environment: Should be installed in environments free of flammable, explosive hazards, and corrosive chemical substances.
•Regular Maintenance: Requires regular inspection and maintenance to ensure the fuse operates promptly in case of a fault.
