Overview
The GN19-12 indoor high-voltage disconnect switch is designed for high-voltage switchgear systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and an AC frequency of 50Hz or below. Equipped with a CS6-1 manual operating mechanism, this disconnect switch is intended for switching circuits under voltage but without load. The series includes anti-pollution, high-altitude models, and options with live display devices to meet various environmental requirements.
Structural Features
•Disconnect Switch Design: The GN19-12 series disconnect switch is a three-pole design consisting of a base frame, rotating shaft, levers, porcelain insulators, blades, and terminal plates. The rotating shaft is mounted on the base frame, with three pairs of levers welded onto it, connecting the blades via porcelain insulator rods.
•Operating Mechanism: Standard configuration includes the CS6-1 manual operating mechanism. For panel-mounted switches, an integrated operating mechanism is provided, ensuring ease of use and safety.
•Through-wall Design: The series also includes C-type through-wall designs, where C1 indicates rotation on the through-wall side, C2 indicates breaking on the through-wall side, and C3 indicates both sides are on the through-wall side.
Operating Conditions
1.Temperature Range: -40ºC to +30ºC (models with a lower limit of -45ºC available upon request).
2.Altitude: Suitable for environments with altitudes not exceeding 1000m, 2000m, or 3000m.
3.Wind Resistance: Wind pressure should not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to a wind speed of 34m/s).
4.Pollution Level: Designed for environments with a pollution level not exceeding IV.
5.Seismic Resistance: The switch can withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, in environments without frequent severe vibrations.
