When using diamond shaped adhesive insulation paper, its coating layer will start to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, producing adhesive effect. With the increase of temperature, it will start to solidify again, making the adjacent layers of the winding reliably stick together into a fixed unit. The epoxy resin adhesive strength of this insulation paper is sufficient to prevent displacement of each layer of the winding during short circuit, thereby ensuring the long-term electrical and mechanical performance of the insulation structure.
Due to the dot shaped resin coating of the diamond shaped adhesive insulation paper, it ensures the infiltration of oil and the discharge of gas from the insulation material, effectively avoiding corona and partial discharge phenomena, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure. It can also be used as a cable shielding and isolation layer, as well as an anti corona material for high-voltage motors and electrical appliances.
