At present, there are five types of wiring methods used by terminal terminals, as follows:
, terminal welding method: The welding method is well understood, as the name suggests is the formation of metal continuity between the solder and the surface to be welded, and tin alloy, silver and gold are the most common coating for connecting the welding end of the ring terminal.
, terminal crimping method: Crimping method refers to the technology of compressing and moving the metal under certain conditions, and connecting the wire to the contact pair.
, terminal winding method: winding method is the wire directly wound on the edge of the contact winding column, which winding in the case of tension control wound wire, pressed into and fixed in the contact parts winding column corner, forming airtight contact.
, terminal piercing connection mode: piercing connection method is also known as insulation displacement connection, with high reliability, low cost, easy to use. That is, when the cable is not needed to connect, the insulation layer is removed. The tip of the U-shaped contact reed of the terminal is penetrated into the insulation layer, so that the conductor of the cable slides into the groove of the contact reed and is caught, thus forming a tight electrical connection between the cable conductor and the connecting terminal reed.
, terminal screw connection mode: screw connection mode is not much to say, which need to pay attention to the maximum and minimum cross section of the connection line and the maximum tightening torque allowed by different specifications of screws.
